A few things to know before your stay...

RENTAL POLICY
Guests renting our houses must be over the age of 25.
 
  • Deposit: A 50% check deposit is required to hold any reservation. If more than two houses are rented, 30% deposit will be requested. Deposits are nonrefundable only if canceled 90 days or more from reservation date. If a credit card is used for reservation payment, a 3% surcharge will be added. Email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of check. Balances are due one week before check in on most houses unless otherwise arranged.

  • Security: A valid credit card number is required to cover cost of any items that are lost, damaged or stained which will be charged to card with notification to guest. 

  • Arrival: We meet and greet every guest who is first to arrive to acquaint them with the house. We need an ETA and a call or text 30-60 minutes before arrival to make sure we will be at the house. We ask that guests call or text us upon departure as well. 

  • Privacy: We respect the privacy of our guests. We will text you the day after your arrival to see if everything is comfortable or if anything is needed. We live very nearby all the properties and are here to give you as much service as needed. We are available around the clock if needed. We access the house only if there is an emergency or something requested. Occasionally we will be at the house for outdoor maintenance. We would like you to feel at home and respect the property as your own. 

  • Non-Smoking: All of our houses are non smoking properties. A surcharge of up to $100 per room will be added if smoke is detected. Smokers may smoke outside away from open windows.

  • Pets: Pets allowed only at certain properties and require a fee.
    We know the joy of taking your dog with you, so we're trying to help out with this policy.
    No more than 2 dogs allowed at one time. We would like to know the breed and size of dog.
    Dogs must wear a flea/tick collar and have a crate or cage if left in house alone.
    Please do not leave dog if it barks when left as this will disturb the neighbors and the dog.
    Dogs are not permitted to sleep in beds or on furniture.
    Please pick up after your dog outside using provided bags and place in outdoor garbage bins.
    If the dog sheds, we ask that you please sweep or vacuum floors before checking out.
    The pet fee does not cover any damage by the pet. If soiling or damage to the house occurs, fees will be charged accordingly. Please check with us for pricing. 


  • Amenities: Linens and towels are provided in every house. Guests are encouraged to use tissue or dark washcloths provided to remove makeup. Stained or damaged linens will be charged a replacement fee. 

  • Neighborhood: There is a neighborhood noise ordinance after 11pm. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Should neighbors complain or if there are any issues at the house, guests will be asked to leave without refund of rental fees.

    By booking any of our houses, the guest is agreeing to these terms.
